CIFA 60 Meter Boom

Our new flagship machine for 2024!

Kitted with ‘Smartronic’ the CIFA 60mb has a unique electronic system which acts as it’s brain collecting and transmitting data so that it can provide information on the machine’s status at any time, and autonomously manages the pumping unit along with the pressure and speed of the motor to optimise performance.

The ASC (Automatic Stabilisation Control) system – integrated into Smartronic – monitors the machine’s stability in real time when the outriggers cannot be completely opened due to a lack of space on site. This smart system maximises the area the boom can reach in order to cast concrete under safe conditions, slowing down or even stopping the boom’s movements before stability is compromised.

In addition to these cutting-edge technologies, the CIFA 60-meter boom is made up of 6 sections, with the last 3 in carbon fibre which massively reduces the weight of the pump, allowing for greater stability in a plethora of combinations. Its hydraulic arm is controlled with ABB (anti-boom bounce) which makes this a very reliable and secure component.

Equipped with RRZ folding geometry, the CIFA 60mb is a versatile, powerful and highly adaptable piece of construction machinery.

Manual RV12 Spider Boom

The concrete placement boom model BML 12 is particularly suitable for concrete placing where direct distribution with truck-mounted concrete pumps or stationary concrete booms come up
against technical and economic limitations. The vertical swiveling distributor arm is a very helpful tool for distributing concrete on this model.

Areas of up to 430 m² can easily be concreted with the BML 12 from a fixed place, avoiding the heavy work of delivery lines spread over the floors.

Schwing BVR 12C Placing Boom

Our Schwing BVR 12C Placing Boom is a freestanding placing boom with a vertical reach of 12m and a counterweight.

It has an optional Frame & Scissor for high-rise Slipform projects.

Makina BHD 32R Placing Boom

The Makina Boom is a stationary Placing Boom. With self-climbing, which is supported within the floors of the RC frame, without the help of a tower crane, thanks to the hydraulic system or a crucifix frame that is anchored to the base.

The tower crane support is only required during installation and dismantling.

(The vertical reach on this boom depends on the number of 3m columns added.)

Schwing SPB30 Placing Boom

Our SBP 30 Schwing Placing Boom has a freestanding height of 20m and comes with 3 columns which are 6m each, allowing a total reach of 50m when the frame is taken into consideration.

Schwing 51 Metre Boom

The Schwing S51 SX weighs in at just under 40 tonne which makes this a very lightweight pump within the larger series.

Built with the new Dynarig support system, the pump is super flexible in terms of set-up, being seriously advantageous for cramped construction sites.

All 4 outriggers can be positioned as per the spacing conditions on site, with the smart controller automatically calculating the resulting reach.

This flexibility, combined with the greener credentials of the lightweight truck, make this a versatile and dynamic boom pump

CIFA 35 Meter Boom

This super compact machine is mounted onto a six-wheel base truck for excellent maneuverability.

The CIFA 35mb is the ideal choice thanks to its Advanced Stability Control (ASC) which allows for an optimum short rigging system. Able to set-up pretty much anywhere this pump is great for on-the-road jobs, tight urban spaces or small worksites.

Additionally, the continuous rotation of the last segment of this 5 section boom gives it a significant manageability like no other, making it ideal for tunnels, flyovers and bridges.

BMS 22 Meter Boom

New to the fleet in 2023, the 22 Meter Boom is a great addition to the smaller mobile boom pumps here at Ramcrete.

The Free Flow Hydraulic system used in the BMS 22 meter boom means there is less noise and a decrease in the bouncing of the boom, which has made this compact concrete pump a popular choice to date.

With a similar output and set up space as the 20 meter boom, this is a more powerful mobile machine.

Schwing 43 Metre Boom

The Schwing 43mb has a reputation for more flexibility for more safety.

With in-built EasyFlex, this pumps allows a combination of outrigger set ups in difficult, restricted spaces but with maximum safety.

Line Pump – CIFA 506 – “Athena”

Suitable for ground line or static line where you cannot use a boom, our Line Pumps come fully equipped with a compressor and water tank for cleaning out the pump and line.

“Athena” is a self-contained Line Pump set up with the CIFA 506 mounted on the back. Its best known for its easy placement, whether in small hidden spaces or enclosed environments, this
pump allows for easy access.

Putzmeister 20 Meter Boom

The Putzmeister’s 20m Z-fold has a compact design which allows easy maneuvering through busy, urban job sites. The versatile four-section Z-Fold boom can operate in challenging places including areas with low ceilings.

A standard swivel elbow, off the back-end with a 90-degree pivot, also allows you to use the 20Z as a Line Pump.

Another integral component is the Ergonic Output Control (EOC) which reduces fuel consumption, wear and noise.

Schwing 20 Metre Boom

Suitable for jobs with restricted access, for example, small side streets where concrete must be pumped at height into an existing building, or inside existing buildings where there may be restricted head height but a boom is required. The 20mb is ideal as it has a tight unfold making it for this situation.

If you need to keep emissions to an ultimate low on-site, speak to us about our Hybrid 20mb Schwing pump which can be connected to an electric generator and doesn’t need to run on diesel. This is unique within the market place.

CIFA 709

The CIFA 709 is a great versatile pump suitable for small job sites, big civil works or tunnelling projects. It can easily handle long distances and considerable heights too.

As with all CIFA’s, these pumps have the basic characteristics of stability, low running costs and pumping consistency. They have a rigid monoaxle trailer complete with drawbar, four manual
adjustable outriggers and two rubber wheels making them easy to manoeuvre.

Schwing 2800

Due to its high reliability and performance, the SP 2800 from SCHWING has been a central component of
concrete logistics on construction sites all over the world for decades. Proven technologies, such as the
robust and easy-to-clean ROCK concrete valve and the SCHWING hydraulic components, guarantee high

Putzmeister 1409

The second largest in our static fleet, the Putzmeister 1409 is a low emission high powered pump.

With 200hp, this machine is capable of pumping 100m vertically and atleast the same horizontally. This combined with its ability to meet emission limits whilst reducing fuel consumption, make this a very popular concrete pump.

Schwing 1800

The Schwing 1800 is known for its reliable versatility. On construction sites around the world, the SP 1800 has proven technologies, such as the robust and easy-to-clean ROCK concrete valve and the SCHWING hydraulic components, which guarantee high reliability, a strong output rate and low maintenance costs.

Putzmeister 1005

This pump sits right in the middle of our static fleet making it a great all round concrete pump for big and small projects.

Pumping up to 58m3 per hour with a delivery pressure of up to 70 bar, you can why the Putzmeister 1005 is a very popular pump.

Schwing 750

On par with the Putzmeister 1005 and the CIFA 506, the Schwing 750 sits in the middle of our static pump offering, making it a very popular pump.

This reliable pump can push up to 53m3 of concrete p/h, making it suitable for both small- and large-scale projects.

Schwing 305

The SP 305 is an economical hydraulically driven pump that enjoys unique features and provides reliability in 10-30 yards per hour units. Applies up to 1100psi on the materials to achieve impressive horizontal and vertical pumping distances with a compact and light weight pump.

KCP CPS 65 Static pump

Our KCP pump should not be underestimated! Brand new to the static fleet in 2021, this lesser known brand has a similar output and capacity as the well loved Putzmeister 1409.

Easily capable of pumping 100m vertically and atleast the same horizontally, the KCP should be a consideration when a powerful performer is required.

Putzmeister 718

The powerful and compact piston pump P718 combines all the benefits of its little sister, the P715. Besides the application pumping of self levelling floor screed the P718 is suitable for pumping fine concrete with a grain size of up to 32 mm.

Putzmeister 1407D

The Putzmeister BSA 1407 D is a reliable stationary concrete pump ideal for medium-sized construction sites. It is compact, lightweight and easy to transport on the construction site due to its high ground clearance. Equipped with an open hydraulic system and powered by a 115 kW diesel engine, it has a vertical reach of 100 meters and a horizontal reach of 300 meters. It is designed for concreting work with a maximum capacity of up-to 71 cubic meters per hour and a maximum pressure up-to 106 bar.
