A new Reinforced Concrete Frame project in Croydon

Working for Carty Forde, we were tasked with pumping concrete over a period of 4 months into a basement ready for a new RC frame.

Pouring between 30 โ€“ 770m3 per day, this project often required 2 pumps to work in unison to get the pours completed by 5pm each day.

  • 5 different mobile boom pumps ranging between 24 -52m booms
  • 50% of the pours required 2 boom pumps to work in unison
  • Strict timeframes to complete each pour every day
