Overnight at Kings Cross Station

New Island Platforms at Kings Cross Station.

Working for Pod Trak, in partnership with Network Rail, Ramcrete were tasked with concreting the new island platforms within Kings Cross Station. The project involved working through the night, pouring 150m3 per day over 4 consecutive nights in March 2021. The project had a strict timeframe, could not over-run and was awarded with 48 hours’ notice.

  • High Pressure Pump + Standby Pump with 2 Operators
  • 2 x Linemen
  • 350m of pipeline
  • An environmental Washout pan
