High Speed Rail infrastructure in a rural environment.

Working for Align, in partnership with Sir Robert McAlpine, Bouygues and VolkerFitzpatrick, we have been supporting our client on constructing the infrastructure for this purpose-built high speed rail network since 2022.

Providing a full spectrum of mobile pumps, from the 20mb to 60mb,  we have pumped concrete for a 3.37km viaduct, a 16.04km twin-bored tunnel and five vent shafts handling both intervention and tunnel ventilation facilities within the C1 Zone.

  • 2+ years of concrete pump supply
  • Full mix of mobile pumps; 20-60mb
  • Frequent support with our our team of experienced Linesmen
  • Pipeline and equipment hire
  • Hire of large 1.2mm outrigger pads
  • 3 stage Induction process for all Operators and site teams

This is possibly our last concrete pour at the Precast factory so just wanted to thank you and all at Ramcrete for the exceptional service you have provided us over the last couple of years.
