    Meet the only member of staff who's never once com Meet the only member of staff who's never once complained about a Monday. Every so often, our Operations Manager Konrad brings in some very important backup to help him decide where to send our operators the following day: his dog, Cookie. He doesn't pour concrete or answer the phones, but he's got other talents, expert nap-taker, unofficial biscuit tester, and the best excuse for a coffee break we've ever had. 😁 So on International Dog Day, we're taking a moment to celebrate the best colleague who's never actually on the payroll.
